How exactly do I write a review?
BOL.COM
You can write a review on bol.com in 2 ways:
- Product review
Every product on the bol.com website or app has a review section on the product page where you can post your own review. Alternatively, you can navigate to your Account > Orders > The order > Write review - Store review
You sometimes receive a store review invitation by e-mail. Receiving these emails is off by default within your account. You can receive these emails (sometimes) by navigating to: Account > Details & Preferences and turning on Personal Recommendations there.
WEBWORK
You can write a review in 2 ways. You will receive an invitation by email from us first within 4 weeks of your purchase. If you would like to write a review directly, you can do so by navigating to our WebwinkelKeur page and there click on star rating under the heading How do you rate this online store?
Navigate to our Facebook page and scroll down. On the right side of the timeline you will find the review box where you can rate us. You can give a star rating right there and format your review.
