Shipping and delivery

Our delivery times may vary by product. This is mostly because our products are stored in different logistics locations. Most products ship on the same day during the week. Below is an explanation of exactly what delivery times mean:

Ordered before 14:00, shipped the same day

If you order before 2 p.m. on weekdays, your order will ship the same day! In the Netherlands, this means that most packages are delivered the next day. Delivery to Belgium or Germany often takes 1 day longer.

Ordered before 6 p.m., delivered next day

If you order before 6 p.m. on weekdays, you will receive your order at home the next day! Orders are also delivered on Saturdays. However, if you order Friday after 6 p.m. or on the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This delivery time applies to the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipments to Germany may take 1 day longer.

After we process an order, you will receive a track-and-trace code by e-mail. This allows you to see the exact delivery time.

Please note that if you purchase 2 products each with a different delivery time, the products may be delivered separately.

Shipping costs:

Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg we ship your order for free above €25. For amounts below this amount, we charge €3.95 for shipments in the Netherlands and €4.95 for shipments to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. For shipments to France, we charge €9.95. For all other European countries, we always charge an additional €19. 00 excluding VAT.

Note! We have different delivery times for orders outside the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the details of your order. You will receive the carrier’s Track & Trace code once the order has been processed.

Products are out of stock / in backorder, now what?

If a product you want to purchase is out of stock, it may be listed as “out of stock” or “backordered” on the product page. Although rare, sometimes an error can occur in the stock status display. If you place an order for such a product, we will contact you via email soon. If we do not receive a response, we will try to reach you by phone after a few days. If we still do not receive a response, we aim to still deliver the product within 10 days. Should you disagree with this, we kindly ask you to respond to our email so that we can cancel your order and refund the purchase price.

For orders from outside the European Union (EU)

Bolusso.com is not responsible for additional charges such as import duties and local taxes that may apply to orders from outside the European Union (EU). These additional costs are at your own expense. For more information on this issue, we recommend contacting local customs and/or other government agencies.
