We naturally try to do everything we can to satisfy you as a customer and keep you satisfied. Still, sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with a product or service. All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty. In that case, you can make a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will provide repair or replacement at no charge.
